Effective September 21, 2012, Vail Resorts revised its Code of Ethics and Business Conduct to a more interactive and engaging format for our employees and to reflect our restated values. Revisions include administrative changes such as formatting, layout, design and the addition of questions and answers illustrating the application of various provisions of the Code. As with the prior version, the revised Code continues to apply to all members of the Board of Directors and all employees.
