Sue was appointed a Director of the Company in September 2015. She has been a principal of Deck3 Ventures LLC, a consulting and advisory firm in San Francisco, California, since 2009. During the 2009-2010 academic year, Sue was an entrepreneur-in-residence at Harvard Business School (HBS), where she was involved in case development activities and worked with students. Prior to that, she served in several positions for Yahoo! from June 2000 to April 2009 and most recently served as president of Yahoo! from June 2007 to April 2009. From December 2006 to June 2007 and before becoming president, Sue served as the head of one of Yahoo!’s two major business units, the advertiser and publisher group. She was Yahoo!’s chief financial officer and executive vice president of finance and administration from June 2000 to June 2007. Before joining Yahoo!, Sue was with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) in New York City where, most recently, she served as global director of equity research. Prior to assuming these responsibilities, she spent 12 years as an equity research analyst covering media, publishing and advertising stocks. In this capacity, Sue received recognition from Institutional Investor magazine as a top-rated analyst for 10 consecutive years (1989-1998). She also was listed among the top 50 Most Powerful Women in Forbes in 2005, 2007 and 2008. Sue currently serves on the public company boards of directors of Berkshire Hathaway and Costco Wholesale. She is also a member of the board of directors of SurveyMonkey, serves as an advisor for several venture-backed Internet start-ups and is a trustee of the global nonprofit organization, Save the Children.
