Vail Resorts Announces New Benefits for its Lake Tahoe Season Pass Programs in Conjunction with the Company's Acquisition of the Northstar-at-Tahoe(TM) Mountain Resort

BROOMFIELD, Colo., Oct 25, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX News Network/ -- Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: MTN) today announced that it has closed on the acquisition of Northstar-at-Tahoe(TM) Resort in Lake Tahoe, Calif., one of the premier mountain resort destinations in North America. As part of the acquisition, Vail Resorts is also announcing significant added value for all of its pass holders for the 2010-2011 winter season.
